Job Description
Are you service-minded and are fluent in Danish? Then it might be you we are looking for!
Now there is a chance to work as a Customer Support at our customer. In this position you will work with Customer Service, which include communicate with consumers based on their needs via chat, phone, email and social media to understand their inquiry/issue and communicate a viable solution with a high service level. Administration task connected for customer handling process. You will also work with Leads, and manage lead generation, delegation and follow-up of leads to ensure that they are being utilized effectively. Take a proactive role in converting consumer leads to sales. This position also include working with Feedback, such as take ownership, prioritizing and escalating the customers' feedback and feature requests to the relevant internal teams.


Qualifications
- You have experience of customer care operations
- You are used to be working in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish, Swedish and English
- Working with sales is meritorious


Personal qualities
To succeed in the role as a Customer Support you have a genuine interest in providing professional customer service and motivated by working in a fast-paced, dynamic team with the ability to adapt, manage and meet deadlines. You are a self-driven person with a proactive approach, a problem solver and a flexible team player. Since majority of your time is spent interacting with our clients consumers you need to have excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish, Swedish and English and be a great listener.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2021-01-11 and the assignment is expected to run even until the 2021-05-31 with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
