What you will do

At Johnson Controls Global Marine & Offshore Service, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Norrköping, Sweden as our new Customer Support Engineer. in this role, you will support and develop solutions for the more complicated issues our customers are faced with, in close collaboration with the project-and sales team.

How you will do it
On a daily basis, you will work as a technical support for sales and projects. You will be in direct dialogue with customers answer technical questions and remedy problems in operations, with the aim of creating new service business. You will Produces technical quotes on complex inquiries and support the seller in negotiation with the customer. Independently run service projects and in collaboration with engineering, identify shortcomings in existing design and drive the development of Service Bulletins.
Finally, you will build and maintain a network of stakeholders – incl. Operations, engineering projects and sales - as well as solicit support from and communicate with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer satisfaction while respecting Johnson Controls strategies, processes, and tools.

Your responsibilities in this role include:
· Provide technical support for sales and projects and in direct dialogue with customers
· Independently run service projects
· Produces technical quotes on complex inquiries
· Support the seller and project manager in negotiation with the customer
· Drive the development of Service Bulletins.
· Help us adopt new technologies and methodologies
· Build and maintain a network of stakeholders

What we look for
Required
· Knowledge and/or experience within the Marine HVAC
· Innovative and future-focused mindset
· Skilled in communication and a team player
· Positive, inclusive and collaborative attitude
· Fluency in English and Swedish – written and verbal
Preferred
· Previous Marine HVAC installation/commissioning or service experience
· Previous sales, project management and/or Account Management experience
