Bruce is on a mission to provide the #1 fitness app in the world, offering endless exercise in one membership.
We believe in freedom, variety, and the power of trying new things. To achieve our ambitious goals, we are currently seeking a talented support star to join our team and assist on an hourly basis during evenings and weekends. Additionally, during the rest of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, we will require daytime assistance for 1-3 hours per day. Candidates who can also work during these daytime hours will be given priority.
We are looking for a candidate interested in a long-term collaboration with us.
What you will do:
First line support for our members in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
Advise on our different memberships
Problem handling by finding quick and suitable solutions for our members’ daily issues
Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app
How we think you are:
First thing’s first – Your background is less important if you think you tick the boxes below:
Quick learner with the ability to handle incoming messages efficiently, with maintained quality
Flexible and love to give great service
Problemsolver
Ability to do simple calculations
Able to write fluently in English and preferably two other Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish).
You need to be a citizen of either Sweden, Norway or Denmark
