Here at Lifesum, our fantastic customer support team works hard to make sure that getting in touch with us is always an excellent experience. Now we’re looking for someone who wants to join the team to connect with and help each of our users.
Responsibilities and what you will do
In this position, you will be the first point of contact our users have with Lifesum, and you will work with many different things, such as:
- Understanding our product in depth
- Communicating with our users via the platform Helpshift, social media, and email to offer the best possible service - both reacting to them reaching out but also proactively contacting user segments
- Supporting the customer support team with inquiries, complaints, bug reports, cancellations, billing, and more
- Staying well informed on new features, campaigns, and issues
Are you the one we're looking for?
This position is a great way to learn about the Lifesum product as well as the company. We believe that to succeed in this position, you are a social, optimistic, and service-minded person who loves to help others using your excellent communication skills.
In this role, we would need you to:
- Have previous customer support experience
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Swedish and English (other languages are a big plus)
- Have a "can-do" attitude and excellent customer-facing skills
- Be very solution-oriented and have the customer's needs in full focus
- Be able to manage your time according to the workload on your own and be able to handle stress and ad-hoc tasks
- Have a curious mind with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Have the ability to be direct, open, and honest while dealing with customers and coworkers
- Have a strong work ethic and very good organizational skills
