As Customer Product Support Manager you will manage, develop and coach the manipulator customer support team at ABB Robotics in Västerås. A team of eight direct reporting support engineers, aiding 50+ ABB organizations globally in finding solutions to meet customers’ needs. The daily work will include both handling urgent challenges as well as long term development of the support function.
The role reports to Customer Support Manager.


Your responsibilities
Providing professional product support and contributing to an enhancement of the customer satisfaction.
Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the product support team.
Assisting the local ABB organizations during encounters with customers, and providing technical assistance and clarification as needed.
Supporting and continuously strengthening the quality culture.



Your background
5-10 years of working experience in a global industrial company
Leadership experience from managing direct reporting teams
Customer-first oriented mindset
Team player who understands the importance to work and deliver as a team
Excellent communication, coaching and management skills
Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
