We are looking for a Customer Support Manager, Sustainability to join the Wood Products Sustainability team. The main purpose of this role is to help ensure that the information regarding the sustainability of wood products is actively developed and distributed to our sales network, building sector customers and other stakeholders. The team is currently located in Finland and Austria but working from another European locations is also possible. You will work in the interface of Wood Products Sustainability, Sales and Building Solutions teams, and in close co-operation with the Communication, Marketing, Customer Experience, Brand, Innovation, Digitalisation and Supply Chain functions.
You support our customers with their sustainability questions based on verifiable sustainability information, case studies, expert views and references. You will help ensure that Wood Products sustainability message and customer support are continuously developing and proactive rather than reactive. In addition, applicable KPIs and digital and other tools are applied and further developed for the analyses of customer sustainability perception and feedback, in cooperation with relevant functions.

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably containing studies in areas such as Marketing, Communication, Sustainability, Engineering or Social studies. Minimum of three years of work experience in a relevant field, such as productization, is also required, together with knowledge of digital and other tools used in branding, marketing and customer perception. You communicate fluently in English while other languages such as German or French are considered as an advantage.
We are looking for a proactive and curious person with excellent communication skills, willingness to take responsibility and commitment to continuous improvement. With your teamwork skills you are able to inspire and motivate others to participate and contribute.
