Intergiro is a Swedish Fintech company with big plans.
We are building a one-stop-shop for businesses, with banking, card issuing and merchant acquiring all on one platform. We are now looking for a Customer Support Officer with the ability to combine the roles of analyzing transactions and communicating with customers to join our Customer Support team in Kalmar, Sweden. Main responsibilities
Help accomplish our goal of building and maintaining successful customer satisfaction by working against set KPIs
Provide outstanding first-line support to customers via our web-based live chat and ticketing system during office hours (09-17)
Create and respond to tickets concerning product features, transaction inquiries, chargebacks or card related questions
Collaborate and work closely with the backend engineers & product teams to communicate improvements and act as the voice of our customers
Requirements
Experience of Customer support from a bank or financial institution (preferably more than 1 year)
Understanding of transaction flows (SEPA/SWIFT/cards)
Preferably experience of processing chargebacks (from an issuing and/or acquiring perspective)
Strong communication and an excellent service-minded skillset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Genuine interest in banking and Fintech
Fluency in English
