Now we are looking for our next customer support colleague to join our growing team! You will join a humble and fast moving team that helps our users to look like superstars when hosting interactive presentations. Inspiring our users through quality support in a scalable way, has since the start of the company been a contributing factor in the success of Mentimeter.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to respond to customer enquiries through chat and email.
Daily responsibilities include:
Responding to support requests from users all over the world via chat and email to help our users look like stars on stage
Assist our Customer Support Specialist with administrative tasks such as managing payments and invoicing
Translating help articles and other support resources to other languages to better support users across the globe
Must-haves for the role:
Business level English
Previous work experience in customer facing roles, either alongside studies or 1-2 years full time
A sound level of technical understanding of websites in order to troubleshoot with customers
Bonus points for:
Previous copywriting experience
Native level proficiency in either German, Spanish, Hindi, French or Dutch

A support team currently consisting of four colleagues
First in class support tools and scalable solutions such as solution bots, saved replies and a comprehensive help center
Other
You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and we over 20 nationalities at Mentimeter right now)
