PinMeTo helps businesses get discovered, found, and verified on the biggest search, map, and social media platforms.
Our online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform makes sure all of a chain or franchise’s locations can be found on multiple search, map, and social media platforms, including Apple, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Foursquare, and many more.
Having left the startup phase, we are now scaling up with market presence in order to deliver our unique product to world leading brands. We are therefore in search of a Customer Support Representative to deliver extraordinary support to our clients. This position will be based at our office in Sopot, Poland.
About the team
In this position, you will be a part of the PinMeTo´s Customer Success team, which is responsible for the on-boarding process, and supporting our customers whenever it’s needed, both in the simple tasks but also complex matters.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers - we use our own product to do most of our support, but you'll also be talking to customers on the phone every now and then.
- Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how PinMeTo works and what it is capable of.
- Owning customer experience, along with the Customer Success team, to ensure that all customers have a great experience with the product - a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, and fast as possible.
- Working directly with product teams to identify current issues and synthesizing the diverse feedback you hear from our customers.
Your profile:
- You are fluent Polish and have a high level of Business English as well. Other language skills are seen as a bonus.
- You have excellent communication and social skills to effectively interact with customers.
- You are a digital native and comfortable working in a digital environment.
- You understand the real value of the Customer Experience & preferably have some experience with B2B Customer Support.
- You are creative and look for all possible solutions when facing an obstacle.
- You are a team player, but resourceful on your own as well.
- On top of that, you are social, structured, effective and curious.
