David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an Europe's leading digital automotive platform that is looking to recruit a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their offices in Bucharest.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Work model: Hybrid
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support customers by answering inbound and making outbound calls - no sales nor acquisition will be involved
- Assist customers with their inquiries, clarify information, research issues and provide optimal solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, make a positive impact with every contact
- Achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's), that includes timely resolution and quality
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent to native level of Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing sectors in a contact center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional manner, understanding of customer concerns
- Ability to function in and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Interest in the automotive sector will be an advantage.
