We are now looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team in Stockholm.
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with Arabic language skills to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. You’ll be working closely together with a team of 8 Customer Agents, and reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
Customer Support Agent responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our customers' trust. You will be in direct contact with the customers through various channels. You also will be accountable to troubleshoot any problems and issues occurring to the customers regarding our products in the service.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our support channels and social media.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Monitoring customers’ reviews and answer to them in a polite manner aiming to provide the information requested
- Reaching KPI’s set for your market
- Organize efficient work processes within your responsibilities
Your profile
To be successful in this role we believe you have
- Experience in customer support field or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Used and able to troubleshoot problems
To enjoy this role, we think that you are a person with a positive attitude who takes great responsibility for your own decisions and at the same time has the ability to work closely with your team members and the rest of your colleagues at Storytel. You are someone who has great organizational and prioritization skills, you are proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills. Lastly, we believe that you are tech-savvy and used to working with smartphones and tablets, as well as apps.
