Role Overview

The Customer Support & Services Contract Specialist reports to the Head of Customer Support & Services. Challenging norms and mirroring the values that encompass all that Heart Aerospace stands for, you will deliver to Heart’s customer base a new standard in supporting fleet operations. In this role you will support the creation and implementation of the master plan for customer support and services up to and beyond the certification and entry-into-service of the ES-30.

We are looking for someone with deep experience across all facets of the aviation industry who is passionate about our mission to enable sustainable air travel. This will be a hands-on role, and you will have the opportunity to support the development of the customer support & services department as we grow the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for elaboration, implementation and negotiation of the guidelines for Customer Support & Services contracts.

Responsibility for the negotiation and administration of the Product Support Agreement (PSA) contracts and its amendments with Suppliers.

Acting as the Liaison between Heart and other parties regarding Customer Support contracts development, negotiations of terms and conditions, and drafting and revising changes as required.

Identifying potential risks of contract changes which may impact on the company business.

Establishing the Product Support Management process implementing the PSA obligations matrix in order to guarantee the governance of Spare parts, repair cost, warranty and Services KPIs..

Collaborating with other areas of Heart such as procurement, legal, engineering and other teams to ensure contract compliance.

Responsibility for the Customer Training business plan and subsequent implementation.

Supporting other Commercial Office contract negotiation and administration on an ad-hoc basis.


Qualifications & Experience

-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or similar.

-
Minimum 10 years’ experience leading product and/or customer support & services activities in aviation.

Experience in Product Support contracts elaboration and negotiation.

-
Experience on a Full Flight Simulator development process for training providers.

-
Demonstrable experience in placing the customer first.

-
Experience in developing strategic partnerships or joint ventures.

Strong people management skills.

-
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.

Eagerness to work with others.

Passion for aircraft and Heart’s mission.
