We have designed products to over 100 world athletes, such as Usain Bolt, Cristiano Ronaldo, Leonel Messi and Neymar JR. Even royalties and celebrities such as DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, the Kardashians and other social media superstars proudly wear our products.
Golden Concept is represented at some of the world’s finest department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges in London, Kith Mega Store in Paris and Harvey Nichols in Hong Kong. Growth revenue in 2021 was +400% (80M SEK).


The job
We are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist who wants to dedicate themself and join us on our journey to further establish this Swedish luxury brand on the international scene.
As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service and manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner. Your main duties will include identifying customer needs through active listening, providing information, troubleshooting and finding solutions. We would rely on you, together with our Customer Success team, to build sustainable relationships and engage the customers by “going the extra mile”.


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Interacting with customers: assisting and providing a welcoming and pleasant experience via live chat, e-mail and telephone.
Handling complaints with grace
Pack and send customer orders
In and out deliveries
Working closely to the team

Requirements:
Exemplary and responsible team player
Strong sense of initiative
Ability to perform under pressure and always deliver on deadline
Great computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications
Meticulous and orderly by nature
Customer service focused
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good written and verbal Arabic or Mandarin communication skills are a great merit but not a requirement
