We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our High Voltage Products Business Unit. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. 
For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. Your responsibilities
Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply unit, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinate resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
Coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the customer order (e.g. order entry, internal supply unit order, price lists, shipping, invoice) is in place.
Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifiy any questions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire order process.
Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g. invoice backlog) using available tools and collecting relevant information
Track regular target performance and provide results to management

Your background
As a successful candidate you hold a university degree and have professional experience from a similar position
Energetic, proactive, and problem-solving approach, together with a keen sense of responsibility and ownership
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and good communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, striving to overcome difficult tasks and accept challenges, be creative, initiative to undertake more responsibilities
