Do you have some years of experience with handling orders or smaller projects and are ready to grow with us? Then you should become one of our Customer Support Specialists! You will be a part of High Voltage Service in Ludvika, a business unit within Hitachi Energy.

Your responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a part of the Order and Project Execution team that are at the heart of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and be responsible for orders/projects from clarification meeting to shipping, delivery, invoicing and settling of payment.
You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the order/project.
The orders that are handled by the Service unit are from smaller spare part orders (often by express) up to medium size projects, including Training and Field service.
You will work in a multicultural team and customers all over the world and have readiness to handle different cultures and scenarios.

Your personality is of high importance. You are capable to easily understand customer requirements and can adapt to different situations quickly.
You are flexible, work close to colleagues in the team, and like to work proactively.
You like to work in a multicultural team and interact with customers all over the world.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
