The Customer Support Specialist is in the first point of contact for Low and Medium voltage products and services customer and business partners of the Electrification Distribution Solution division in Sweden/Västerås.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager and using your Customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Sales, Planning and Technicians in ELDS team by reacting to customer inquiries.
The position is located in Västerås, but other locations can also be considered for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities
Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
Monitoring the status of orders.
Handling orders and invoicing.
Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
Delivering effective solutions to customers with claim-related queries by coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve the issue.
Documenting and evolving the spare part sales department together with the team.

Your background
Experience in SAP ECC and some technical competence/interest.
Interest in economics and understanding of numbers is considered a plus.
Experience in working with Office 365.
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written ands spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English language.
