Kvalifikationer
. You have experience working with customer service/support.
- Previous experience interacting with customers outside Sweden will be advantageous, especially within the Sales or Quality areas.
- Fluent in English in both speech and writing. Other language can be an advantage.

Job Description
To our exciting client we are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist! In the role you will provide internal and external customer support and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. You will offer customer support within for example the following areas - technical, order assistance and payment-related assistance. Your tasks will among others be to interact with internal and external customers and process their errends into the system and participate in coordination meetings to propose solutions and arrange some deliverables if needed. Personal qualities
To thrive in the role of Customer Support Specialist you have good and clear communcation skills. You are structured in your way of working, are a good listener and are a good problem solver. Salary
Salary as agreed.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-10-01 and is expected to run until 2023-03-31, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Ludvika.
