Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for an international company in Västerås. Start ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.

Description

Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
Monitoring the status of orders.
Handling orders and invoicing.
Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
Delivering effective solutions to customers with claim-related queries by coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve the issue.
Documenting and evolving the spare part sales department together with the team.

Qualifications
Experience in SAP ECC and some technical competence/interest.
Interest in economics and understanding of numbers is considered a plus.
Experience in working with Office 365.
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English language


Onsite, possibility to work remotely some days a week.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås, 1 year contract to begin with, possibility for extension after that. Start ASAP!
