As a Customer Support Specialist at High Voltage Components & Surge Arrester Unit in Ludvika, you work closely with our sales team. This is an important role in our order chain where you will handle and administer our incoming order. You will be based in Ludvika, Sweden and we offer flexible work-from-home options.
Your Responsibility
Proceed and coordinate through the whole order process and inform our customer with order updates, delivery plans, plan customer visit and tests etc.
Financial and technical responsibility for your assigned projects.
Simultaneously handle a large volume of incoming order in our material and planning system ERP.
Prior and administer incoming orders and support our customer with great service.
Coordination both internally with all functions but also with our external partners.
Support our customer, communicate and coordinate both technical and commercial information and conditions.
Some technical information is provided by you, but also by our technical experts.

Your Background
As a person, you are driven and independent with a great team player skill.
Have a problem solution mind and can easily take initiative when needed.
Can clearly communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures around the world.
Fluent in English, both written an oral. English is used daily, both with internal and external parties. Fluent in Swedish is an advantage, other language skills are a plus.
Preferably a technical background to easily understand our products.
