ValueOne is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a consultant assignment at a manufacturing company in Ludvika. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible.

The role
As Customer Support Specialist you will provide internal and external customer support and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. You will be a part of the Order and Project Execution team that are at the heart of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Remote work is possible to some extent.
Main tasks:
Be responsible for orders/projects from clarification meeting to shipping, delivery, invoicing and settling of payment.
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the order/project.
Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
Coordinate resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
Order handling and related work task.
Experience and competencies
The Customer Support Specialist we are looking for needs to have experience from a similar role. Experience from the manufacturing industry is desirable. A collaborative and solution-oriented approach is essential as well as well-developed stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, in writing and orally, is a must. Swedish is desirable. You will work in a multicultural team and customers all over the world and need to have readiness to handle different cultures and scenarios.
