We are looking for a driven Customer Support Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. Electric power will replace the combustion engine in most industrial applications. Key Industrial markets include agriculture, aviation, construction, marine, mining and rail. In the role you will interact with and support our customers on a daily basis with both operational and administrative tasks as well as being involved in process development projects and new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Commercial point of contact for customers
Administration of daily commercial topics, quotations, invoicing, orders, delivery updates, change request, CRM, etc
Coordinate and support continuous improvements of spare part order and delivery processes in ERP together with manufacturing site in Gdansk, logistics, IT and others
Coordinate updates and releases of spare part master data
Support new product releases by defining and implementing spare part and logistics processes
You will be based in Stockholm and part of the Aftermarket team, supporting customer within both Industrial and Energy Storage business areas.

Bonus points for:
Experience from administrative roles such as order handling, operational purchasing, logistics or similar. Preferably with in service and aftermarket organizations
Good knowledge and deeper understanding of “Order to Cash” processes in ERP systems
Successful history of working cross functional with multiple interfaces - customers, sales, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, ...
