The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of ABB Process Automation in Sweden. Your mission is to make sure customers get the best possible experience while doing business with us, by helping and supporting them from order to invoice, and by ensuring that all their inquiries get timely and professionally answered.
Reporting to Customer Support Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid our divisions by reacting to customer inquiries.


Your responsibilities
Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
Monitoring the status of orders
Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.



Your background
3 or more years of experience in Customer Operations/Customer Services working with order handling, customer communication and delivery monitoring and follow-up
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
Knowledge of SAP and Teams. Business Online (BOL) is a plus.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
A Business Administration Degree or equivalent working experience
Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
