About the job:
We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn.
Are you a service minded team player with a big heart for customers and an eye for top class customer
service? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where daily support operations and new
knowledge are in focus? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
As one of our Customer Support Specialists you have a big responsibility in taking care of our customers
and ensuring that their customer experience is great. Our working environment is very dynamic and you
need to be prepared to fastly adapt to new knowledge and new ways of working. The communication
channels you will use in your everyday work are the following:
- Phone
- Email
- Social Media
- Chat

Qualifications:
As you will be in direct contact with our customers you need to be a good communicator. We are looking for
people who are fluent in the Swedish language.
Our company language is English, knowledge in other additional languages is an advantage. Previous
experience from customer support, sales, gambling industry and online business are advantages. Most
important though is that you have the right service attitude, customer focus and are willing to learn new
things.
