Robotics Parts & Logistics is responsible for the availability and delivery of spare parts to our robot systems worldwide. There are nearly 30 000 spare parts in the offer and more than 120 000 order lines are yearly delivered from our warehouses in Germany, China and US. Our customers require high availability, fast deliveries and reliable support.
As a Customer Support Specialist within Parts & Logistics your main responsibility is to provide high quality order support related to spare part and software orders. The responsibility includes close co-operation with our internal customers/LBLs (Local Business Lines) as well as other relevant ABB functions.
Your responsibilities
Handle order support cases.
Handle software orders.
Warranty, return and credit administration.
Create customer order documents.
Create customer invoices.
Continuously improve order processes and guidelines.

Your background

Driven and supportive team member.
Good communication skills.
Self-drive personality and strong sense of ownership.
Strong social skills and ability to build good relations.
Several years of experience within customer support.
Experience of SAP is good but not necessary.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
