Customer Support Specialist (Shipping)

High Voltage Products is business unit within Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Ludvika. The business unit develop, manufacture and market high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities
In this role you will support the 5 production units within High Voltage Products Ludvika in terms of:
Plan and arrange transportation of finished goods (through TMC Vaasa)
Handle and provide needed freight documentation towards customer (Invoice, packing lists, B/L etc)
Keep customer well informed regarding shipping status (ETD, ETA)
Handle Letter of Credit and Dangerous Goods Declarations when applicable
Invoicing in accordance to business rules
Documentation handling in PDC

Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you are structured with great communications skills
Strong customer service mindset and you have 5 years’ experience within the area of Supply Chain and Logistics.
Minimum 3 years experience in working with freight forwarders and handling of complex freight scenarios globally for all transport modes.
High level of knowledge of Incoterms and other associated freight rules and regulations.
Experience in working with TMS systems (Transport Management Systems)
Good knowledge in ERP LN
As you will work both locally and in an international environment, excellent knowledge in English is required
