Job Description
Now you can work as a Customer Service Specialist at our clients Regional Distribution Center. You will be a part of the Customer Operation team of EL Sales and Marketing Business Line. You provide internal and external customer support, such as technical, order assistance and payment-related assistance. Coordinate with relevant resources to complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. You will also coordinate resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.

Qualifications
- Experience in order handling or Customer Service
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- You can start immediately

Personal qualities
We are looking for an open-minded person who always strives to understand customer requirements and tries to find the best possible solution. You have the ability to handle many tasks at the same time and great self-management skills. You have good communication skills and intercultural understanding. You also need to be fluent in English and Swedish, in both written and spoken because you will be working as part of a global organization. It is a plus if you spoke a Nordic language as well.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2020-11-16 and the assignment is expected to run until the 2021-02-28 with possibility of extension.
