Customer Support Specialist to topformation.fr

As a Customer Support Specialist you will contribute to publishing clients content for our French website Topformation.fr. You will make sure that our customers are satisfied with how it looks on our website. Furthermore you will be working in a small support team of our service PRO France to ensure a positive experience to our clients. In this role we see that you will have an active role in implementing actions to deliver customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

- Publishing client information and course pages on the site
- Interacting with the sales team on client content-related issues
- Working with the communication team to develop and apply best practices
- Responsible for the support processes of FindCourses PRO, from the declaration of the problem to its resolution

As a member of the Keystone Family, you will be working with a young international group, based at our Stockholm office. We believe in lifelong learning and continuously develop our representatives internally and externally with some of the best trainers in the world.

Who are we looking for?

- You are fluent in French and have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- You are educated to a bachelor degree level
- You are at ease with Excel and have a sharp eye for editing and accuracy

- Experience in running projects and is a big plus!

- Previous experience of work in service/support is highly advantageous
