We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client that is located in Västerås. The consult assignment is 100% and starts 02-09-2024 and ends at 31-12-2024.
Working description
You will provide internal customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
To be qualified for the role you need to have a couple of years working experience within sales processes and customer relations. You also need to feel confident to handle sales contract & risk management from your earlier work experience. You should also have basic technical knowledge and feel comfortable working in different case- and sales systems. Fluency in Swedish and English is also necessary for the position
