SWEP is the world's leading supplier of compact brazed heat exchangers (CBEs).These products are used where there is a need to transfer heat efficiently from one medium to another.The main areas of application are in industry, refrigeration and heating.Today, SWEP is close to its customers, with representation in more than 50 countries and its own dedicated sales force in more than 20 countries.Highly efficient production units in Sweden, Switzerland, the USA and Malaysia make it possible to serve customers all over the world.The company is part of the global Dover Corporation.For more information please turn to www.swep.net Customer Support - Strategic Key Accounts to SWEP in Landskrona You will be one of five Customer Supports in the team, and your task will be support to customers in Emerging Markets and to a smaller number of key account customers.The SKA Customer Support Team handles orders and provides customer service from customer inquiry through dispatch and invoicing to customer payment.Another task of the team is to participate in the development and improvement of systems and processes relating to the customer service function, and to provide training and support to local Customer support teams within the SWEP organization. You will work closely with the Key Account Managers and Business Engineers, and report to Customer Support Manager.Your tasks .Customer service via phone and e-mail .Order processing .Handle delivery schedules and frame order systems .Follow-up on customer payments, issuing reminders .Issue credit notes referring to claims or price differences .Follow-up on delivery status of customer's orders or scheduled deliveries Your background We believe you have gone through some relevant studies after upper secondary school and have e.g a KY-degree, IHM-degree or a year or two at university level.You have at least two years of working experience from customer service or sales..Fluent French and English is required, both written and spoken.Preferably, you also know German..Good general computer / IT skills, especially the Office programs .Problem-solver dynamic, flexible and well-structured .Service-minded and customer-focused .You must be a good team-player as well as being able to work independently .Work well under pressure .Thorough and patient with details How to apply In this recruitment SWEP works together with Academic Search.You apply at www.academicsearch.se, find the ad where you find a link to fill in contact details and attach your CV and letter of application in Swedish or English.We need your application no later than Wednesday 13th of September.
