Customer Support Techician - Göteborg

The Role
We’re looking for a technology-interested and driven technician who wants to be part of something different. Someone who has excellent technical and mechanical skills and experience with hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
Requirements
You are flexible, attentive, and always have the customer's needs in focus.
You have the ability to handle technology both in theory and practice.
You are attracted to complex problems and drive to find new solutions.
You also have a distinct sense of order, and you understand the value of reporting.
You have the ability to work in teams and independently.

The job requires
Driver's license (B)
Technical background or experience as an engineer, electrician, plumber, and/or facility management
Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

What will you do?
You will be part of our After Sales team work remotely in the Gothenburg area. Most of the work is done at our customers' homes or businesses where you will perform on-site support.
You will also do:
Installation and activation of shower systems
Provide customers with user and maintenance instructions
Collaborate with our customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship
Report observations and findings in the field
Manage work-orders and case-reportings
