About the job:

This is a consulting assignment, with good opportunities to be recruited. Initially you will be employed by Bravura. LenswayGroup intends to offer employment in the long term. This will offer both you and LenswayGroup a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate your collaboration.

The head office, warehouse and customer service operations are located in Kista, northern Stockholm. You will be a part of a team of 12 people, where you’ll have an important role to support and guide customers side by side with your colleagues. LenswayGroup offers you a long-term employment and gives you the chance to be a part of a team characterized by a familiar and open atmosphere where you as an employee are in focus.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As customer support at LenswayGroup, you receive and answer customers questions via telephone, email and social media. Assisting customers to navigate the website and answer questions about bills, payments or delivery are examples of work tasks. Your goal is to complete the customers’ orders by being informative about the lenses, glasses and other services. The various cases are administered in a case reporting program, where your responsibility is to note errors and areas of improvement. You will also get the opportunity to be involved in development projects.

Additional sales, where you inform customers of additional services and products as well as offer the customer current campaigns, will also be a part of your role as a customer support agent. The team’s focus is always on creating the best service experience for the customer. Good communication is central, and your work is evaluated and developed by regular quality measurements, this to ensure that the customer feels satisfied.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

-Completed high school education
-Experience in a service-related profession
-Good computer skills
-The ability to express yourself in at least two Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish), you are also required to be able to express yourself fluently in one of them both in speech and writing
Meritorious
-Experience of working with the telephone as a tool
-Experience of the optician industry

You are flexible and possess an ability to prioritize work tasks as to ensure efficient and qualitative worktime. You have the ability and an interest in solving the customers problems, and feel motivated to immerse yourself in difficult tasks.
