Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Customer Targeting Specialist in Customer Activation, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organisation. 


Job Description
As Customer Targeting Specialist you will be a part of the Customer Activation Unit, where the mission is that through insights, shape customer strategies and plans to meet our target customers in a relevant way across the full customer journey. The unit empowers the organization with tools, enablers and best practices to be a relationship driven business that fuels long-term growth. In the role as Customer Targeting Specialist, you will manager customer targeting and selection for Customer activation and best practice support to regions, including tests and development of new tools.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and execution of customer selections for tests, surveys, marketing activities and more
Drive the development and automation of methods, systems, databases and processes to improve targeting to achieve better customer acquisition and activation
Help build a customer targeting strategy for the brand globally

In addition, to be successful in the role we believe you have:
University degree in statistics, business or similar
Experience from growing and activating customers in an Omni setting
Previous experience from working with customer analytics and/or targeting
Experience working with SQL (and also with SAS)
Great insights in customer engagement and attraction, as well as customer analysis
Data and digital literacy

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm and you will report directly to Deniz Minican, Customer Journey Analytics & Targeting Manager.
