Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work. 
Service Nordics is responsible for the service and maintenance of wind turbines in the region. To accommodate our growth, we are looking to hire a new Customer technical lead in Sweden. Responsibilities 
As a Customer Technical Lead, you will act as technical support to the Customer Care department in driving the business and its growth by delivering first-class customer service, sales and exceed customer expectations. 
Furthermore, your responsibilities will be:
Interact with Local Team Leader, Lead Technician and Technicians and proactively analyse turbine performance and availability ensuring as high production as possible
Together with CSM, build and retain excellent customer relationship leading to high customer satisfaction
Be the first line of technical support between CSM and Technical support through C4C and TSL
Identify, define and isolate the source of issues through logical processes and identify and evaluate possible solutions for the same
Via work in C4C tickets ensure high level of knowledge sharing internally
Create, build and retain excellent relationship with other departments within Vestas
Ensure "best practice" is spread in our organisation 
Seek and drive improvement projects  

 
Qualifications 
On a professional level you are/have:
Fluent in business English and Swedish both spoken and written
Engineering background such as electrical, mechanical or related field is an advantage
B-level at Vestas
Commercial background or interest is an advantage

 
Competencies
On a personal level you are/have:
Solid interest in understanding technical aspects with an investigative mindset 
Ability to read, interpret and understand basic drawings and schematics
Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal Vestas departments at different levels
Good IT skills in Microsoft Office, as well as software skills for data collection and reporting 
Able to remain calm under pressure, with a high level of persistence

Additional information
This position is full-time permanent and location is any Vestas warehouse in Sweden.
