Customer Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for an engineer with focus on customer technical support. The position is in Surahammar, Sweden and will contain contacts with both customers and external and internal research facilities. The work requires the capability of communicating in written and spoken English and Swedish.
We offer a place in a technical team that is supporting the sales and production functions. You will have the responsibility to answer on technical questions from customers and decide what material specifications we can deliver on. This is an important and developing role in an organization that is growing, it is an opportunity to take part of a growing electrical energy market.
We are looking for a person with a M.Sc or a Ph.D in Material Science/Metallurgy that has relevant work experience from non-oriented electrical steel. It is important to both understand the complexity of the material as well as to be able to make decisions based on business value. In addition, the ability to create trustful technical relationships with customers is important.
