If you have a native Level of German+ experience in GDS - Amadeus (Desirable -
Not mandatory), motivation, you like dealing with customers and you have a
good level of written skills, this opportunity work in a company well known

Your Responsibilities:
What you will do:
· Support our B2B customers in their Customer Business Travels
. Addressing, preempting and solving problems.
· Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
· Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations as much as
possible when managing bookings, queries and requests
· Addressing, preempting and solving problems - You are an owner and
anticipate issues before they come your way!
· Help define and establish best practices together with the rest of the team
in sales, operations and customer care.
What you will need to have:
· Excellent German spoken and written
· Customer Experience in the Hospitality Industry- hotels, travel agencies,
airlines is preferred
· Some Amadeus GDS or another GDS knowledge is ideal (Not mandatory)
· Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service that
helps customers
· Flexibility in your shifts.
