Customer Relations offers a world class Customer Visit programme that provides a professional, interactive forum for our customers to meet and discuss with Tetra Pak experts on the services/solutions needed to unlock mutual business opportunities.

In this Management position you will be operationally responsible for leading the Visits team in providing tailored business agenda's and delivering over 200 customised customer visits per year.

In your role you will specifically focus on the scheduling of approved visits, facilitating customer meetings, managing a team of Visit executives and coordinators and responsible for local process management


Main responsibilities

-Lead and manage the customer vists team of 5
-Manage all requested visits to Lund
-Actively take part in and faciliate customer visits
-Develop a working network with senior management and Subject Matter experts
-Implement best practice methodology into the daily processes


Qualifications

As a person you are calm, flexible and can handle stress easily. You clearly and comfortable delegates both routine and important tasks and decisions and trust people to perform. You resolve issues effectively and are dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of customers. You are a great planner. As a leader you create a climate in which people want to do their best.

To be successful in this position you need to have some previous working experience of planning organisation, communication and/or facility management a minimum of 10 years. You have great experience of leadership and are comfortable to take that role. You have a University degree.

You have excellent English skills both verbally and written.
