Customization Initiative Lead till P&G!

This is a 4-month consultancy opportunity (fulltime) starting ASAP, with a possibility for extension. The office is located in Stockholm, but you can work remotely after preferably being at the office for a few days in the beginning of employment.

Role description:

 In this role you will be working independently within project lead and collaborate a lot with different stakeholders. Your focus will be to translate the commercial needs to the right action plan and ensure that processes move forward and milestones are completed to enable successful displays launch. Your responsibilities are for example:

• Running independent customization new initiatives with multifunctional team.
• Check that the expectations match with results.
• Managing technical standards in P&G systems.
• Manage the projects within deadlines.

Qualifications:

We´d like if you are collaborative, have good social skills and that you have an analytical mindset. In addition, you should:

• Be driven, you get things done.
• Be independent in your work and not being afraid to get in contact with different stakeholders.
• Have moderate technical systems skills: SAP/Enovia/QB
• Batchelor´s degree from relevant field, for example in International/ Business Management or Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• It´s a plus if you have previous experience from project management.
• It´s a plus if you have previous experience working within FMCG or in an international company.
