Join our dedicated Customs Team in Malmö, providing a high quality service to our customers and ensure that their goods have all the relevant documentation for Customs Clearance processes.


Your Role

Your Responsibilities
You will work as part of the Customs Team, reporting to the Customs Manager
Experienced in inputting Import and Export, transit documents entries
Knowledge about goods classification
Have excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise workloads and be an effective communicator
Prepare the necessary import documentation, such as certificates of origin, A.TR and EUR.1.
Keep up-to-date with changes as they occur, so as to be able to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems and all other customs related matters
Complete all tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with company procedures and customs legislation
Working on internal bespoke computer systems as well as Microsoft Office
Resolution of customer queries and issues via email, telephone and video conferencing



Your Skills and Experiences
Proven experience in working in a Customs environment with a high level of understanding of import and export regulations
Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills; you’ll also have great attention to detail and will pride yourself on high quality standards
A true team player who is adaptable, solutions focused and also able to work on your own initiative
Strong customer service orientation and good communication skills
Able to work at pace, to meet deadlines and able to prioritise your own workload effectively
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish to communicate with Swedish customers and customs authorities
Experience working in DSG-GCT local customs system in Sweden
Experience working with UK after Brexit
Experienced in working with SSC, SKG and KNSE
