Are you an expert in customs handling? Then this is your role!  MultiMind is now looking for a Customs Coordinator for our client - a large, international consumer electronics company. This is a 1-year consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible with great possibilities of an extension.

About the role The role is focused on customs handling for goods purchased both within and outside of the EU then sold within the Nordic countries. Customs declarations are completed by a customs broker but all related documents and data thereof is controlled within this role. This person support the organization when new logistics routes are discussed and implemented. The role also includes item master handling, registration of new materials and coordination of this information within the organization as well as maintenance or data in ERP related to chemical tax and weee-fee. Reports are frequent, weekly or monthly, both within and outside of the organization.

The profile  Minimum 1-2 years of experience of customs handling relating to goods in- and outboudn within and outside of the EU, bonded and non-bonded goods. 
A good understanding of related rules and legislation's in the Nordics
Experience of ERP systems and data handling in Excel
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English 
Flexible and analytical
