Responsibilities
Your mission is to work with various tasks within the customs realm as Swedish customs declarations, customs authorizations and ensure that the company acts in compliance with the law. You also assure that declarations contain all necessary information, and request missing information if needed. Sharing your knowledge with others and finding and filling any knowledge gaps in your area of expertise are essential parts of your daily work. Additionally, you continually develop your own understanding and expertise within the field of customs. 


You will report to the Customs Manager who you will support with achieving short and long-term goals optimizing Customs operations globally. 


Work location is in Sweden: Sandviken 

Qualifications
This role requires analytical thinking with an ability to determine how a system/process should work and how changes will affect the outcome. It also requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Swedish and English, with ability to communicate within a large organization that operates in an international environment. You have an problem-solving mindset and you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures. 


We believe that you have: 
Broad experience from both operational and strategic customs management. 
Desire to manage requirements into business processes to maximize outcomes. 
A degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or another relevant field. 
A well-developed ability to provide support, share knowledge and deliver on demand.
