Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated CX Specialist to join our team
What you will work on:
Utilize a heuristic evaluation model to assess the existing e-services and digital user experience (CX) of the customer.
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current digital service offerings, with a primary focus on user experience, using the chosen evaluation model.
Identify and prioritize areas for improvement to achieve a seamless, consistent, and user-friendly digital service experience.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to describe and propose enhancements that enhance the overall user experience of digital services.
Present the findings and outcomes of the evaluation to selected stakeholders.
What you bring:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a CX strategist at level 2.
Strong knowledge and prior experience in working with digital services in the public sector.
Excellent coordination skills and ability to investigate issues and analyze digital service needs effectively.
Previous experience in compiling a knowledge base and performing comprehensive analyses for digital service improvement initiatives.
