We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Cyber and Information Security Administrator / Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced consultant (Level 3-4) in Cyber and information security management for a project that will analyse, develop, and coordinate society's crisis preparedness capacity, as well as plan for increased preparedness in the energy sector.
You and your colleagues and consultants contribute to society's ability to prevent and mitigate the effects of disruptions and interruptions in energy supply in everyday life, during times of crisis, and in the face of increased preparedness. You will play an important role in meeting the NIS Directive's requirements.
Your responsibilities include helping to develop and implement supportive, preventive, and event-driven supervision of systematic information security work, as well as mapping and informing about risks and threats in the energy sector and internally at the authority.
The work requires a significant amount of collaboration both internally and externally, as you must represent the authority in various contexts. You will also provide knowledge support to government offices and keep track of issues at the Nordic and European levels. Travel occurs as part of the service. You are a member of the authority's energy crisis organisation and may be assigned operational crisis management responsibilities.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Within the current or similar role, the consultant must achieve Level 3 (6-8 years) or Level 4 (9-12 years).
The consultant must have both theoretical and practical knowledge of information and IT security.
The consultant has either academic education with a focus on IT, systems science, or information security, or current and relevant experience working with information and IT security issues.
The consultant must have worked in organisations that place a high value on information and IT security.
Because the position is classified as high-security, the consultant must be Swedish.
Security testing with register control must be performed by the consultant.
A consultant must be familiar with the Security Protection Act, the Security Protection Ordinance, and the NIS Directive.
Qualifying as a consultant with experience in information and IT security issues in the power or manufacturing industries is also appealing.
Qualifying as a consultant requires prior experience in the public sector.
You have a clear, open, and simple way of communicating as a person.
You are organised and plan, organise, and prioritise your work effectively.
Your ability to collaborate and build relationships is exceptional, and you have a natural desire to help and support others.
Furthermore, you are analytical and problem-solving oriented.
Your perspective is broad, and you can weigh complex information and make sound trade-offs and priorities.

The customer's office is in central Eskilstuna, with easy access to Stockholm, Västers, and other nearby cities. Teleworking may be permitted on work that is not classified as hazardous. During an interview, specific arrangements related to telework may be discussed.
Open to learning new ideas outside of one's field of expertise or knowledge.
