Cyber Security and Compliance Manager to Irisity

At Irisity you will be given the opportunity to change the world to the better through real-time video analytics powered by machine learning. We are now looking for a Cyber Security and Compliance Manager who will play an important role in Irisity´s journey.

The Role
Irisity delivers the next generation security solutions on an international scale with the goal of becoming the global leader in video analytics. They currently serve customers in more than 90 countries and has offices in Sweden, USA, Tel-aviv, Singapore, UAE, and Mexico. Irisity operate through a network of resellers, partners, security companies, and camera manufacturers globally.

In the role, you will take overall responsibility for the area Cyber Security and Compliance. This means, among other things, working with the company’s overall IT security and infrastructure, regulatory compliance, security certifications, operational security considerations, and larger tender touching these fields (both local and international).

In addition, you will analyze the market and trends regarding technical and regulatory requirements on an international level, with the aim to meet customers’ needs in a proactive manner.

Who are you?
In this recruitment process your personal traits are of high importance. We are looking for someone who is pragmatic, has a strong analytical mind and possess good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Furthermore, you can assess and manage risks in a proportionate and commercial manner.

To succeed in this role you will need the following:

- At least three years of experience from working within the field.
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity management, administration, processes and practices (eg ISO27001 / PCI / NIST / Cloud security maturity model / etc).
- Recognized cybersecurity certificates
- Knowledge of Cloud-technologies.


It is meritorious if you have experience working with:

- Experience from working in a SaaS company.
- Experience from the security- or adjacent industry.
