You bring with you certification and practical experience in data privacy management (especially in the context of GDPR)

Your responsibilities
Cooperate to manage and refine our regulatory watch program.
Manage and contribute to the assessment of recently passed multi-market legislation and judgements. Facilitate the development of action plans where applicable.
Review emerging legislation and respond for calls to feedback on behalf of Ingka Group.
Collaborate to define and refine scoped cyber security and privacy risk management and reporting activities.
Provide SME contribution to our Cyber Security and Privacy third party risk management processes.
Our team within IKEA
The Cyber Security and Privacy Governance Team is small, but we bring together a diverse set of skills and backgrounds. Together, we:
Have a global scope across 32 markets and 190000+ co-workers
Manage our Cyber Security and Privacy steering documents
Understand how external influences (ex. business strategy/direction, legislation) impacts Cyber Security and Privacy's ways of working and translate this for the business
Co-create and refine cyber security and privacy risk management processes to be operationalized in different scopes within Ingka Group
Coordinate and refine risk reporting to management
Facilitate and contribute to cyber security and privacy training, awareness and competence development
We work closely together with other teams both within and outside of Cyber Security and Privacy to align our practices and support a distributed, responsive governance model.
