Scania is transforming from a heavy vehicle factory to a software driven company. On this journey we need more cyber security engineers to help us continue to deliver world class transport solutions. 

We are looking for a cyber security architect to work with our future challenges within our own developed transmission control systems, both ICE and electrified powertrains. You will be part of the Functional safety & Cyber security team and work with five other equally skilled and passionate engineers that work closely together.

Assignment

Your mission is to lead the development of cyber security architecture, guide in working methods, perform threat analysis and cyber security concept analysis etc. You will perform actual work both at detailed as well as strategic level. We are supporting several sections in methods and tools connected to our areas of responsibility. The work with cyber security at Scania is characterized by networking and collaboration. 

Our security experts are the people that keep our customer vehicles safe and prevent cyber terrorists, enemy forces and, other malicious attacks from accessing our products. Do you have what it takes to achieve our goals?

Your profile

You probably have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent and a couple of years of experience from working with vehicle embedded systems. Previous experience from working with cyber security or functional safety is meritorious. You are comfortable with taking lead in the security work and enjoy involving your colleagues in your work. Good communication skills are important and good knowledge of English is required.
