MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Work tasks - What work tasks are to be performed? This might include:
Security communities: managing existing internal security communities (creating and providing the right content, regular events and continuous appreciation, coaching, coordination) and supporting in creating new ones
Developing and communicating awareness and training material such as infographics, videos, presentations, sharepoint etc. both content (with support from experts) and form.
Helping organizing or animating security events (such as cybersecurity month, panel discussions, meetups etc.)
Lead the deployment of innovative training solutions or security apps for all our colleagues
Be a spokesperson for security and be willing to have presentations for a bigger audience.
Find new innovative ways to instill a security culture.
Be able to work with and understand the needs of different departments and groups within H&M Group.
Description of the project/team:
You will join the Security Culture & Competence team. Our mission is to create a culture of security, for all our colleagues to feel responsible and be empowered to protect themselves and our company against cyber-threats.
We create sustained, high-quality content, both global and targeted, giving people motivation, ability and prompts to protect themselves and the company.
We manage a network of digital defenders, who embrace and personify security. They are role models connecting to the whole company to share our messages.
We collaborate to reduce the frictions that prevent people from adopting secure behaviours, and to increase incentives or appreciation when one adopts them.
Technical Competences
2+ years of experience with Information Security Awareness/Culture (specifically!)
OR
4+ years of experience with Communications in an IT/Tech domain
Qualifying requirements: IT and Information Security
Community Management
Communication (Presentations, Writing, Design…)
Change Management
Behavioral Psychology
Project Management
Tools/software:
Microsoft 365 (Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint etc.)
Creation solution, such as the Adobe Creative Suite
Personal Competences
Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
Ability to connect to people and to engage communities to influence behaviors and culture
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Language skills
Fluent English
