Cyber Security Manager – Polypeptide Group

We are looking for a Cyber Security Manager for Polypeptide Group.

Polypeptide Group is a one of the world’s largest companies specializing in the manufacturing of therapeutic peptides and related compounds for research and pharmaceutical applications.

After recently have gone public, listed on the SIX, Swiss Stock Exchange, they are now seeking for someone who will take on the role and responsibility as Cyber Security Manager. In your role you will lead the tactical and operational work of the Cyber Security organisation with the objective of creating a solid foundation aimed at protecting the organisation in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build the Cyber security capability, securing ongoing development for services including, but not limited to Cyber Threat Management and Vulnerability Management to strengthen Polypeptides Cyber defence and security architecture.
- Play a key role in design and implementation of Polypeptide´s ZeroTrust Architecture to be implemented across the global IT infrastructure during the coming year.
- Manage the Cyber security policies and environment consistency with the enterprise architecture, information security and privacy strategy.
- Engage with business leaders and corporate functions across the organisation such as legal, HR and IT to maintain and develop Cyber Security Services.
- Guide and support Polypeptide business functions in developing and/or purchasing applications or systems aligned with established security policy and standards.
- Perform security reviews on systems or infrastructure as part of the “change management” process.
- Engage with auditors and other third parties in support of security activities.
- Use threat intelligence and analytic sources to identify threats that can affect Polypeptide and follow up on actions aimed at reducing risk and potential impact.


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCE THAT ARE MERITORIOUS

- Bachelor’s degree in information security or equivalent.
- Cyber/Information security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SANS, OSCP.
- Several years’ experience in cyber security field of work, preferable within regulated industry.
- Solid experience and understanding within information security architecture and enterprise technology.
- Solid experience in at least two of the following: intrusion detection and security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence and analysis, enterprise and corporate security.
- Solid experience and knowledge in securing Onprem and Cloud Infrastructure.


- A minimum of three years experience working in Microsoft Security centers.
- Strong experience from Microsoft tools related to cyber-security.
- Strong Project management skills.
- Experience in working in a global and multinational environment.
