About the position
Perido is now helping our client Axel Johnson International to find a Cyber Security Manager. They are an industrial group that acquires, builds, and develops companies in strategically selected niche markets, primarily technical components, and industrial process solutions. This company have an entrepreneurial culture where decentralized and committed leadership enables quick decisions. This position is based in their headquarter in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
You will work with projects from start to roll out and be responsible for the various companies' IT and information security. You review the needs, develop, and maintain guidelines and develop appropriate safety measures. The role is broad, and these are your key responsibilities:
Develop, improve and maintain IT and information security in Axinter networks and systems
Support companies in appropriate security measures
Ensure that the GDPR is followed
Review different frameworks and risk management
Write reports to the board
Educate different executive management teams (and the entire IT-organization) about cyber security
Continuous dialogue with technicians as well as the management team
Recruitment of consultants and subcontractors
Define requirements towards suppliers
Build a successful cyber security organization

Furthermore, you will be involved in improving existing routines, processes and documentation. The role involves great responsibility with a lot of technical hands-on work.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who have previous experience of working with IT and information security. We believe that you are driven by taking great responsibility and can solve problems, both independently and in teams. You should possess good technical competence and have the ability to review the entirety and security of complex IT environments. In the meeting with colleagues and external parties, you are always positive, social and professional and communicate in an educational and simple way.

Requirements
Experience from system architecture, information security, cyber security, technical project management.
Experience with Microsoft Office365/Azure
Experience with Information Security management systems (e.g., ISO001 or Cyber Security Framework)
Experience of GDPR
Project management skills
Knowledge of techniques and methods in e.g. XDR/EDR, identity management, Zero Trust
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English

Meritorious:
Knowledge in various ISO-standards

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months with Perido with the possibility of permanent employment at Axel Johnson International afterwards. Start according to agreement.
