Cyber Security Operator (SOC)

The Truesec Detect service provides a SOC (Security Operations Center).
The SOC monitors our customers' IT environment in real time and handles threat assessments, investigates security breaches, and abnormal activity. The SOC is manned 24 hours a day, all year round. We are onboarding additional customers, and as a result, we are currently looking for several employees for staffing this center. For the right person, this may be the entry role of a career in Cyber Security. The SOC is located in central Stockholm.

Whom are we looking for?
We believe that you are at the beginning of your IT career or are newly graduated from university, college or equivalent education for the role. Alternatively, you have previous experience from working in a monitoring center for IT, such as a NOC or SOC.

You have a great interest in Cyber Security and the goal of working and developing in this industry. To fit in this role, we believe that you

- Is methodical and structured with a high analytical ability
- Have the habit of working independently
- Have the opportunity to work in shifts, which means both daytime and night/ weekends


If you have experience using software for log management and monitoring, for example, Splunk, Carbon Black, Sysmon, Windows ATP, Darktrace, RSA Netwitness, etc. that’s good, but it’s not a requirement!

Since the role involves handling sensitive information, a must is that you are previously unpunished. We conduct background checks on all those who begin their employment with us.
