Cyber Security Specialist to H&M Group

As a Cyber security Specialist, you will be involved in implementation of the right security controls in software, services and across the technological landscape to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. You will provide specific security competence in our core tech domains and take part of the proactive work to help shape the tech delivery of H&M, enabling project and product teams to develop secure product and services to protects our customers, business, colleagues, and ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Support the tech delivery with expert security knowledge
Confirm security compliance, provide technical support, and recommend improvements to products, services, and dedicated security solutions
Develop the required processes and tools
Define and develop security guardrails
Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks
Troubleshooting security and network problems
Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
Testing and identifying data, network and system vulnerabilities
Identify automation opportunities and participate in the design, implementation, and support of automation solutions



Qualifications
Work experience across security tech areas
Knowledge within Secure operations and service delivery, Technical security architecture and Secure development
Cloud Experience
Microsoft expert certification, Security foundation certification (or equivalent)
Knowlege within Risk assessment, Identity & access management, and Resilience
Knowledge within Governance, Policy & standards, Information security strategy, Information risk management and Legal & regulatory environment & compliance
